Our district Mental Health Team has been working to review and recommend some of the free courses available through Parent Guidance. This month's course recommendation is focused on Video Gaming Addiction - https://parentguidance.org/courses/video-gaming-addiction/. This brief course provides a variety of suggestions on how to connect with your child and understand what they value. This course is highly recommended if your child enjoys playing video games.
